Steps

Wash the bhindi and cut into lengthwise.

Heat oil in a wok, add cumin, turmeric, coriander, red chilli, salt and achari masala...saute it.

Now add bhindi and toss them slowly.

Cook on low flame covering lid.
- 5
After 5-6 minutes check them, if they have became tender and soft with oil leaving. Then switch off the flame.

Achari bhindi masala is ready to be served with hot roti.
