Ingredients

  • 6 largepotatoes, peeked and cut into 1 in cubes
  • 1 cupdiced onions
  • 4 cupchicken or vegetable stock
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 tbspBBQ Seasoning
  • 1/4 cupBBQ sauce
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 cupextra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slicebacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1sliced scallions

  1. 1

    In slow cooker: add potatoes, onions, stock, garlic, BBQ Seasoning, and BBQ sauce. cook on high for 4 -5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

  2. 2

    mix in heavy cream and cheese.

  3. 3

    Dish into bowls and dollop each serving with sore cream, sprinkle with bacon and scallions
