Using a skewer, pierce 15 lemons.

Pressure cook the lemons for two whistles.

Cut each lemon into four pieces.

Heat oil. Splutter mustard.

Add the chopped lemons.

Add all the spice powders and salt. Mix well.

Now add lemon juice extracted from 5 lemons. Mix well.

You may store this pickle for about a week in a fridge.
