Ingredients

  1. 1/4Green pepper
  2. 1/4Red pepper
  3. 4shrimps
  4. 1/4onion
  5. 1salmon fillet
  6. 1 tsphoney mustard
  7. 1 pinchsalt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop red and green pepper and the onion and cook them until onion browns. Add salt and pepper too

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 180C and spread the honey mustard over the salmon

  3. 3

    When the oven gets warm enough put the shrimps and the rest of the ingredients into it. Cook it all for about 8-10 minutes
