Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesAngel food cake mix
  2. 15 1/4 ozcrushed pineapple, drained
  3. 11 ozMandarin orange segments, drained
  4. 1 packagesvanilla instant pudding mix
  5. 8 ozCool whip
  6. 12maraschino cherries

Cooking Instructions

    Bake & cool cake according to package directions. Cut cake vertically into halves. Freeze one half for future use. Tear other half into small pieces.

    Mix pineapple & oranges in small bowl.

  3. 3

    Prepare pudding according to package directions.

  4. 4

    Layer half of each of cake, fruit mixture, & pudding in 2 qt serving bowl; repeat. Spread cool whip over pudding. Garnish with cherries.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
