Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tspdark sesame oil
  2. 1/3 cupshallots, finely chopped
  3. 3 tbspmiso
  4. 1 quartvegetable stock
  5. 1/4 cupfirm silken tofu, diced
  6. 3 tbspscallions, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    heat the sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the shallots and cook until translucent

  2. 2

    Add the miso and mix well. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    To serve, ladle into bowls and garnish with tofu and scallions
