Ingredients

  • 1 lbkelbasa smoked sausage - sliced
  • 3 cupred potato - about 1" cubes
  • 3/4 cupchopped celery
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1/2 cupprecooked crumbled bacon
  • 3 tbspcider vinegar
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspcelery seed
  • 1/2 tspdry mustard
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 4 cupbeef broth
  • 2 cupshredded cabbage

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients, except cabbage, to crock pot.

  2. 2

    Cook on high for 2 ½ -3 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

  3. 3

    Stir in cabbage and cook for 15-30 minutes more.

  4. 4

    Lightly mash with a potato masher to desired consistency.
