Ingredients

1 lbkelbasa smoked sausage - sliced
3 cupred potato - about 1" cubes
3/4 cupchopped celery
1 cupchopped onion
1/2 cupprecooked crumbled bacon
3 tbspcider vinegar
1 tbspsugar
1/2 tspcelery seed
1/2 tspdry mustard
1/4 tspblack pepper
4 cupbeef broth
2 cupshredded cabbage

Add all ingredients, except cabbage, to crock pot.

Cook on high for 2 ½ -3 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

Stir in cabbage and cook for 15-30 minutes more.

Lightly mash with a potato masher to desired consistency.
