Grind mint-coriander, green chillies, spinach leaves to a smooth paste.

In a big mixing bowl combine the green paste,curd,garam masala,lime juice,ginger-garlic paste. Mix well and marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for 5-6 hrs atleast.

Grease a deep oven proof dish with oil & transfer the marinated chicken in this dish.

Preheat oven to 200 degree & bake the chicken until done. Remove from the oven. Be careful not to overcook.

For tandoori aroma- heat a piece of charcoal & place it in the prepared dish. Add a dash of oil/butter and immediately cover it with a lidso dat smoke stays inside. Let it stand for atleast 5-10 minutes. Remove the coal & serve hot.
