Ingredients

  • 2 cupsKhardi chilke wali moong (soaked)
  • 1 tspChopped ginger
  • 1 tspChopped garlic
  • 3Green chilli
  • 1/2 cupOnion paste
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • To tasteKasuri methi
  • 2tomatoes
  • 3 tspOil
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Moong ki pressure cooker me 3 whistle tak cook karein

  2. 2

    Pan me oil dale garam karein chopped garlic ginger and chilli add karein fir onion ginger garlic chilli paste add karein....putt haldi,garam masala,red chilli and keep it cook for 7 to 8 mints

  3. 3

    Then salt add karein thoda pani daale... boiled moong add karein,kasuri methi crush kar ke daale thick hone tak cook karein moong tadka ready

i m a working women ..... n started cooking after my wedding...... slowly i started liking it ....then inventions came in mind.... now i just love cooking ....when you are working it is difficult to manage a little but after coming from office n making your dinner gives ultimate satisfaction which you can't buy from restaurant ....😊
