  1. 250 gramsWhite bread
  2. 1 stickcinnamon
  3. 50 gramssugar
  4. 400 mlmilk
  5. 2eggs
  6. 50 mlolive oil

  1. 1

    Join the milk, cinnamon and sugar. You can add more or less sugar or use brown sugar if you like more. Warm it up until the milk boils. Let the milk cool down for at least 20 minutes.

    Cut the bread in 1 cm slices

  3. 3

    With the milk cool down, soak the bread slices in it. Until are not able to take more and take it out to another plate.

  4. 4

    Whisk the eggs

  5. 5

    Put the oil in a frying pan and warm it up.

  6. 6

    When the oil is ready to fry, soak the previously milk soaked bread slices into the eggs

  7. 7

    Fry the soaked bread slices until all the egg jell and the get brown color.

  8. 8

    Take the fried slices to a plate with paper towels to remove the oil excess.
