Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil down with cooking spray.

Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in medium saucepan.

Stir until all sugar is dissolved. Put over medium heat and stir until 285° using candy thermometer. Be sure to scrape all sugar off side of pan while cooking to keep from crystallizing.

Once it gets to the proper temperature add flavor extract and one drop of food coloring.

Mix together. When color is all mixed pour on to baking sheet.

Let sit for 30 mins to harden.
