Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesmushroom (shitake or button) cut into very small pieces
  2. 1 cupCooking krim
  3. 1onion (cut into small pieces)
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 2 tbspFlour
  6. 1 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  7. 3/4 literfresh milk
  8. 1 tbspChicken stock flavour
  9. 1 tspSalt
  10. 50 gramsButter

Steps

  1. 1

    First, heat the oil together with the butter

  2. 2

    then, put the onion and cook with the mushroom

  3. 3

    after a while, pour in the milk and let it boil. then, pour the krim.

  4. 4

    when it boils, put in the salt, chicken stock and black pepper.

  5. 5

    then, take a cup of water and mix it with the flour. then, pour the mixture into the soup while stir the soup and stop pour if the soup is thickens

  6. 6

    Before it boil, if you want a soft and beauty soup, then blend it. again, reheat it.
