    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.

    With a knife carefully remove the leaves from the stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and dry leaves. Drizzle kale with oil and sprinkle salt.

    Bake until crisp. 10-15 minutes.
