  1. 1 loafWhite Bread; thinly sliced, crust removed
  2. 8 ozCream Cheese; room temperature
  3. 3/4 cupConfectioners' Sugar
  4. 1 cupSugar
  5. 1 1/2 tspGround Cinnamon
  6. 3/4 cupButter; melted

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Flatten bread with a rolling pin. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese & confectioners sugar. Mix well.

    In a small bowl, combine the sugar & cinnamon. Mix well. Set aside.

    Spread about 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread. Roll up.

    Dip into the melted butter, then into the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

    Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
