Ingredients

Marinade
3 tbspdijon mustard
1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
3 tbsplemon juice
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 tspground black pepper
6skinless salmon filets

Steps

Combine marinade ingredients. Mix untill well blended.

Place salmon in a large zipper bag and pour the marinade over the filets.

Marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place salmon on the sheet and bake at 400º for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
