Ingredients

  • 8 cupcoleslaw mix
  • 2zucchini sliced
  • 4carrots sliced
  • 3stalks celery chopped
  • 1/2 largeonion sliced
  • 1 lbbroccoli
  • 1/4 cupsunflower oil
  • 1/2 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspsalt , more if needed
  • 1 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat your pan add oils

  2. 2

    Add the carrots onions and celery these take longest to cook.

    Add cabbage

    Add zucchini and add spices stir well

    Add broccoli cover let cook down

    Let cook cover for 4 minutes take off heat serve after 3 minutes
