Ingredients

  1. pie
  2. 1Whole wheat Pie crust
  3. 2Scoops of Shakeology ( you can use regular powdered chocolate or any other chocolate protien).
  4. 112 oz. of extra firm tofu.
  5. 1/2 cupNatural Peanut butter
  6. 2 tbspof non fat milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Get all the water you can out of the tofu. Then put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. 2

    You may have to scrape the sides a little with the blender part but keep blending until smooth.

  3. 3

    Put in the pie crust and refrigerate.
