1 lbground beef
1 can10oz diced tomatoes and green chiles undrained
1 eachlarge green,red,yellow bell peppers thinly sliced
2 cupinstant white rice uncooked
1 1/2 cupcolby & monterey jack cheese
1 can14-1/2 ozbeef broth

heat broiler

brown meat in cast iron skillet stir in canned food bring to boil

add peppers and rice stir cover and simmer on low for 5 mins or til rice is tender

top with cheese broil until melted
