Ingredients

  1. muffin rolls
  2. 1 cupFlour
  3. 1 cupWhite sugar
  4. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  5. 1/3 cupVegetable oil
  6. 1Egg
  7. 1Enough milk to make it 1 cup total
  8. meat pattie
  9. 55 mlCream (35% fat)
  10. 100 gramsMilk chocolate
  11. 5Of the muffin rolls
  12. fudge lettuce
  13. 1/3 cupCream (35% fat)
  14. 1/2 cupCaster sugar
  15. 40 gramsButter
  16. 120 gramsChopped white chocolate
  17. 1 tbspExtra cream
  18. 10Drops of Green food coloring
  19. tomatoes
  20. 5Raspberry candy or other red candy (optional)
  21. caramel sauce
  22. 2 tbspDark brown sugar
  23. 2 tbspButter
  24. 2 tbspCream
  25. chocolate cheese
  26. 100 gramsMelted white chocolate
  27. 1 tspOil based or powdered based yellow food coloring

Cooking Instructions

    For the muffin rolls Combine dry ingredients. In a seperate whisk together wet ingredients. Mix the two together until just combined. Pipe onto a baking tray, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180C (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.

    For the lettuce fudge Heat the cream, sugar and butter in the microwave for 2 minutes, stir, 2 minutes, stir, then a final 2 minutes.

    For the tomatoes roll out the candy with a rolling pin

    For the caramel place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Microwave on high heat in 30 second bursts, stirring each time until thick and bubbling.
