  1. 1/4 cupsugar
  2. 3 tbspcornstarch
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 cuplow fat milk
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1ground cinnamon

  1. 1

    in a sauce pan over med heat whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt

  2. 2

    gradually whisk in milk

  3. 3

    cook for 5min stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly

  4. 4

    remove from heat and stir n vanilla extract

  5. 5

    pour n bowl or cup cover n chill for 30 min

  6. 6

    sprinkle on cinnamon
