  1. 1 packagesMcCormick White Chilli Seasoning
  2. 1 lbchicken breast; cubed
  3. 2 cancannellini beans; 1 can drained
  4. 1 cansweet corn; drained
  5. 2 canrotel; diced tomatoes & green chillies
  6. 1 cupshredded cheese; mozzerella/provolone
  7. 1/4onion; chopped
  8. 1/4sour cream
  9. 2 tbspMorton's "Natures Seasons" Seasoning Blend

    In a large skillet, season and cook cubed chicken until outside is white. Do Not Drain. (I use Natures seasons to season all my foods. it is a mixture of celery, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion. Very light seasonings blend, but the flavor pops! Been using it for 15 years)

    Whisk together chilli seasoning and 1cup cold water; pour mixture over chicken.

  3. 3

    Add both cans of beans; one drained and one not, along with corn, onion, and rotel. Simmer 15 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and shredded cheese. Add Natures Seasons, mix well and serve with your choice of crackers or chips. My family likes the Tostitos Catalina tortilla chips.
