prebake crust for 20 min, or until not wet at 375°F

Lower T to 350.

In pan, bring maple syrup to a boil for 8-10 min until reduced to about 1 1/2 cups. Let cool.

In bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, salt, melted butter, vanilla until well combined.

Add pecans and stir well.

Pour filling into pie shell, spread pecans evenly.

Bake pie until center is slightly puffed and firm to touch ( about 30-35 min).

Let cool and serve slightly warm.
