  1. 300 gramslean beef fillet
  2. 100 gramsrocket leaves
  3. 2 tbspcapers
  4. 2 tspparmesan cheese
  5. 1/3 cupsliced mushrooms
  6. 1 tspolive oil
  7. 1 tsplemon juice
  8. 3 tspdjon mustard
  9. 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  10. 2 tspchopped chives

    Make dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, vinegar and chives.

    Place beef on a plate, arrange rocket leaves and mushrooms on top. Drizzle over dressing and garnish with cheese and capers
