My family loves enchiladas i use to roll each one fry and smother stuffed with chicken it use to twice as long so i decided to stack everything and it was delicious and less time consuming for all moms and wifes time is precious so cut back on cooking and it still taste great enjoy

Boil chicken add garlic salt for flavor shredd when done boiling

Pre heat oven at 350

In large baking dish smother with one layer off green sauce

Place tortillas side to side add green sauce & chicken

Add cheese repeat with 2more layers

Bake for about 15-20 min or until cheese is bubbly

Add some Spanish rice on the side

Top with lettuce lemon juice pickled cucumber onions and sour cream
