Ingredients

  1. Berries
  2. 2 cupmixed berries - blueberries; raspberries; blackberries (these can be frozen)
  3. Crumble
  4. 1 cupmixed nuts - eg. hazelnuts, macadamias, almonds
  5. 1/2 cupShredded coconut
  6. 1 tspvanilla essence
  7. 1/4 cupButter (swap coconut oil for paleo)
  8. 1thickened cream, for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°F celcius.

  2. 2

    place mixed berries evenly in 4 small ramekins

  3. 3

    place nuts in a food processor and break down to a crumble texture.
    Add coconut, vanilla essence and melted butter. Mix.

  4. 4

    Spread crumble evenly over the berries. Place in oven for around 25 mins or until crumble is golden.

  5. 5

    Serve with a good dollop of cream.
