Preheat oven to 180°F celcius.

place mixed berries evenly in 4 small ramekins

place nuts in a food processor and break down to a crumble texture.
Add coconut, vanilla essence and melted butter. Mix. - 4
Spread crumble evenly over the berries. Place in oven for around 25 mins or until crumble is golden.

Serve with a good dollop of cream.
