Cider Vinegar Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 2 mediumBoneless chicken breasts (halved)
  2. Marinade
  3. 1 tbspGarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tspLow sodium salt
  5. 1/4 cupApple cider vinegar
  6. Glaze
  7. 3 tbspHoney
  8. 2 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
  9. 1 tspPaprika (optional)
  10. 1 tspMustard

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinade chicken in marinade mix for at least an hour or more.

  2. 2

    Using a non-stick skillet (no oil), fry the chicken until meat is no longer pink. Make sure to flip the chicken every 3-4 minutes to avoid it being dry.

    In a bowl, mix together the glaze mix.

  4. 4

    Once chicken is cooked, glaze the chicken, and serve.
