I missed this kind of dish. I make them a year ago and i enjoyed it. Its a balance diet one. Meat and veggies

Prepare all ingredients. Wash it as needed. Rub some salt on meat (just not to much)

You can either fried the meat or grilled it. Its up to you. But i fried the meat instead

While cooking the meat slice all the ingridients into enough size. Mixed vinegar with a bit of salt(you can add a bit of sugar to balance the taste)

Put all ingredients in a bowl except the vinegar.

When meat cook, slice into bite size and add them straight to bowl and mixed it all together. Then add the vinegar. And its ready!
