  • 10 lbJumbo Green Peanuts
  • 2 eachCrab boil bags
  • 2/3 cupsalt
  • 1/4 cupcayenne powder
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 4 eachbay leaves
  • 8 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a 15-20 qt pot bring all ingredients (except the peanuts) to a boil for10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Discard the Crab boil bags "so they don't bust" add peanuts and boil for 4 hrs.

  3. 3

    Let peanuts soak for 30 minutes depending on how hot or salty you want them.
