Wash the chicken

Prepare a marination using all the ingredients

Marinate the leg pieces with it and keep in a refrigerator for at least one hour

Now place the marinated leg pieces on a grill plate

Place the plate on a high rack and grill it on 180 dgree for 25 mnts

The tandoori is ready for plating with pieces ofcarrot,onion green chilli,lemon and few drops of tomato and mustard sauce

Serve it hot with a dash of lemon juice and salt
