Ingredients

30 Minutes
4 -5 Serving
  1. 9-10mushrooms cut into 4 pieces
  2. 3large tomato (grated)
  3. 2large onions (cut into slice)
  4. 3 inchginger (grated)
  5. 2 tablespoonsgarlic paste
  6. 2(finely chopped) green chillies
  7. 1 1/2 tbspOil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspKashmiri Chilli Powder
  10. 2 tspCoriander Powder
  11. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  13. 1 cupwater
  14. 2 teaspoonsTandoori kadhai masala
  15. as neededGreen Coriander (chopped)

Steps

30 Minutes
  1. 1

     Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, then saute the cumin.

    Add ginger garlic paste in it. saute for 1/2 minute.

    Keep on high flame.

  4. 4

    Add onion and saute for 1 minute.

    Add tomato and mushroom, saute for 1 minute.

  6. 6

    Now, add all the dry spices except Tandoori kadhai masala and stir and add one tablespoon of water.

    Saute for 2 minutes and stir again then add 1 cup water.

    Now cover and cook till the vegetable leaves oil on medium flame (4 to 5 minutes in this process).

    Add tandoori kadhai masala and stir and cover.

  10. 10

    Decorate with green coriander.
    Mushroom masala will be ready to eat after 15 minutes.
