Mushroom is high in antioxidants, fiber, iron, Potassium Vitamin C etc. It is low in carbohydrates and high in fiber.This curry made with simple ingredients available at home..it is a quick and easy recipe. it is served with roti or rice.

Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, then saute the cumin.

Add ginger garlic paste in it. saute for 1/2 minute.

Keep on high flame.

Add onion and saute for 1 minute.

Add tomato and mushroom, saute for 1 minute.

Now, add all the dry spices except Tandoori kadhai masala and stir and add one tablespoon of water.

Saute for 2 minutes and stir again then add 1 cup water.

Now cover and cook till the vegetable leaves oil on medium flame (4 to 5 minutes in this process).

Add tandoori kadhai masala and stir and cover.

Decorate with green coriander.
Mushroom masala will be ready to eat after 15 minutes.
