Rice, urad dal chanadaal ko 2 hours bhigokar, Hari mirch, adrak ke sath dardara gadha pees lein. Batter ki consistency medu vada jaisi rakhe. Isme pyaz, Hari mirch, hing, jeera, hara dhaniya, namak dalkar mila lein.

Pan mein 4 spoon oil garamkarke batter failaye. Thickness 2 pizza bread ek par ek rakhne par jitni motai hoti hai utni moti roti banaye. Spoon se usmein chhed kar dein & dhakkar low flame par 5 minutes pakaye. 5 minutes baad roti palat dein aur bina dhake medium flame par 5 minutes ya golden Krispy hone tak pakaye.
