  2. 1Onion
  3. 2 cloveGarlic
  4. 28 ozDiced tomatoes (undrained)
  5. 28 ozTomato sauce
  6. 15 ozLight red Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  7. 15 ozBlack beans (rinsed and drained)
  8. 15 ozPinto beans (rinsed and drained)
  9. 1 packagesMcCormick Chili Powder Original
  10. 1 packagesMcCormick Chili Powder Mild
  11. 1/2 tspSalt
  12. 1/2 tspPepper
  13. 1 packagesCheddar cheese

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop onion and cook until transparent

  2. 2

    Add meat to onion and cook over medium heat for 8-10 min (until brown)

  3. 3

    Drain beef and add to other ingredients in 5-quart crockpot

  4. 4

    Cook on low for 5-7 hours
