Ingredients

500 gramsLean mince meat
2Sweet potatoes
1 canGarden peas
1 canSweetcorn
1 packagesReggae reggae marinade sauce

Steps

Peel potatoes, slice & boil for 15 mins or until soft, mash & add butter

Brown mince beef in a saucepan

Add peas & sweetcorn
4

Add reggae sauce (1 sachet or 1/3 bottle, approx 100g)

Add meat to baking dish & mash on top, can also top with cheese

Heat in oven for 30 mins at 200C
