Mix all purpose flour, pea nuts power,ghee,kasuri methi, black pepper, mango power, garam masala,black salt, baking soda together and make a dough

Keep it aside for 1 hour

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and deep fry them over low flame till golden brown

After golden brown transfer them in a plate and dust sem with powered sugar
