  • 1 spoonrai
  • 2green chilli cuti hui
  • 2 spoonLemon juice
  • as neededCurry patta
  • 2 spoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle dhokle ka batter banane ke. Liye besan ko chan ke ek bartan m m nikal le. Ab isme. Curd mila kar achche se mix karein..

    Ab isme haldi mil.kar achche se mix karein or salt bi daal kar milaye. Or 10 min tak mix karte rahe...

  3. 3

    Ab dhokla stand m ya kisi kadai m 2 glass pani dal kar garam karein.

    Ab ek thadi dhokla bartan m achche se oil laga de..

  5. 5

    Ab dhokle ke better m eno dal kar soft hand se milaye oil lage bartan m battet ko dal de.. Or garampani wale stand m rakh de or dhakde..

    10 min baad check karein toothpick ya chaku ko better m dal nikale agar chku par batter chipak gaya to dhokle ko thodi der or pakkaye... Agar nahi. Chipka hai to gass off kar..

    Or dhokle nikal kar thanda hone de..

  8. 8

    Ab tadke ke liye ek pain m oil dal kar rai dale rai chatkne par. Curry patta dale lemon juice and or chini bi dale or grnee cili or thoda sa pani dale...

  9. 9

    Or garam garam tadke ko dhokle ko thoda upper se dale.. Dhokla cut karein... Or searv karein
