Salmon stir fry
Healthy and good to use up veg in the fridge.
Steps

Cut up the veg, use the amount of each veg, to your liking.

Add a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan and heat it up, whilst heating add some herbs, I use Thyme, Oregano and dill.

Add all the veg and the salmon, fry for about a minute and add add the noodles.
- 4
Fry for a further 4 minutes, stiring to make sure it doesn't burn, then serve.
