Separe the ingredients. Put the seasonings and the flour in a bowl and mixture.

In another bowl beat an egg and add 4 tbsp of cold water. Dip the loins in the egg and then coat with the flour mixture, then put aside for later.

Put 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan add garlic, honey and soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes or until it's bubbly. Put aside.

Pour 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and fry the loins for 4 to 5 minutes each side.

Immerse the loin in the sauce you made early. Garnish with green scalions.
