Dice the pumpkin into small pieces and mix with salt

Separate the neem leaves and wash them. Allow to dry up.

Place karai on the low medium flame. Add a little water with diced pumpkin. Add salt and turmeric powder and cover with a lid

As the pumpkin softens add the neem leaves and put a little sugar.

As water dries up remove from the flame and serve with rice
