Boil kabuli chane/chole in a cooker.add a potli of tea leaves in it by tying tea leaves in muslin cloth and add bay leaves and cinnamon stick in cooker.

Don't throw the water through the tea bag

In a pan add boiled chane then chopped onion

Then add chopped ginger green chilli

Add tomato.cook till all the water dries up.add chana masala in it.

Yummiest no oil no regular chana masala ready to be served

Add chopped coriander in it.enjoy with roti parantha naan
