Ingredients

  • 2 cupMatara or watana
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspYellow chilli powder
  • Chat masala as required
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 2Chopped tomatoes
  • 2Chopped onions
  • 2Green chillies optinal
  • 2-3tspGreen coriander leaves
  • as requiredMint and green chuntney
  • as requiredImli chuntney
  • 2 tspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak overngt matara or watana and boil the matara with salt 5 to 6 whistle

  2. 2

    As your matara is boil add all masala and chuntney along lemon juice and serve it with corinder leaves

  3. 3

    And it is eaten with kulcha
