Ingredients

  1. 2 cupMatara or watana
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 tspYellow chilli powder
  5. Chat masala as required
  6. 1 tspGaram masala
  7. 2Chopped tomatoes
  8. 2Chopped onions
  9. 2Green chillies optinal
  10. 2-3tspGreen coriander leaves
  11. as requiredMint and green chuntney
  12. as requiredImli chuntney
  13. 2 tspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak overngt matara or watana and boil the matara with salt 5 to 6 whistle

  2. 2

    As your matara is boil add all masala and chuntney along lemon juice and serve it with corinder leaves

  3. 3

    And it is eaten with kulcha
