सबसे पहले मकाई उबायल करे हो जाऐ तो उसके दाने निकाल ले पयाज टमाटर बरीक काट ले टोसटर पापड़ को तवे पर सेके आधा काट के फिर पापड़ को गोल रोल बना ले अब मकाई पयाज टमाटर मे नमक लाल मिचॅ पोड़र चाट मसाला ड़ाले
