Peel your potatoes and cut them into cubes then boil till soft

When they are soft and still have water, drain it away

Mashed the boiled potatoes and add milk, a little margarine and salt to taste to make it more creamier and to get a smooth consistency.

Drop in few dhania leaves and place aside

Steam your spinach and add a little oil and salt to taste

Take your fish fillet and marinate it with whatever spices you want. I used garlic, salt and mixed herbs

Drop in a few rosemary twigs then bake for 15-20 mins

Serve and enjoy
