  1. 1 cupbrown sugar
  2. 1/2 cupflour
  3. 1 cuppecans
  4. 2/3 cupsoft butter
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 tspvanilla
  7. 1/2 tspcinnamon

  1. 1

    Mix sugar, butter til fluffy and light. Add eggs and flavorings. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add flour and pecans. Mix til blended.

  3. 3

    Cook at 350, 17-20 min. Cool 2 min. Remove immediately from greased mini muffin pan or use foil liners
