Ingredients

  • as neededOlive Oil
  • 3-4garlic
  • 1 cupcelery
  • 2 onions
  • 2 capsicum
  • 1/2 cup french beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup baby corn
  • 1/2 bowl broccoli
  • 1/2 cup yellow boiled corn
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp italian pizza seasoning
  • 2-3 tsp brown bread crumbs
  • as needed melted butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 tspspinach
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup fresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat up some olive oil then start adding all the veggies and let them cook on a low flame

  2. 2

    – In a bowl add crumbs of brown bread, melted butter, grated cheddar (or any)and mix it properly...keep aside

  3. 3

    Add roughly chopped spinach and tomato puree to the veggies and let it cook for few minutes then add some fresh cream(Approx 2tbsp)

  4. 4

    In a baking dish spread the veggies properly and above that add the layer of crumbs and keep it in the oven for 15 minutes at pre heated oven at 180 degree Celsius oven

  5. 5

    Vegetable Casserole is ready to be served.

  6. 6

    Note:—U can use any veggies of yr choice..u can add boiled pasta also...
    U can use mix of mozzarella and proccessed cheese
