Steps

Boil the fish with salt.Drain out the stalk and make the fish boneless

Chop coriander leaves and green chillies together
- 3
Mix up with the fish coriander leaves and green chillies as also ginger garlic paste and vinegar and mash a beat with hand
- 4
Blend the mixture together.

In a karai gently put the mixture and stir slowly with a spatula adding salt and sugar till the mixture thickens
- 6
Remove from the flame and serve with your favourite salad
