Homemade Granola Bars

I'm practically living off of this stuff, lately. Packed with protein and so satisfying as morning or afternoon snack. My sister tried this recipe too but she's not a fan of peanut or almond butter. She used Nutella instead! Not as healthy but certainly yummy!

I'm practically living off of this stuff, lately. Packed with protein and so satisfying as morning or afternoon snack. My sister tried this recipe too but she's not a fan of peanut or almond butter. She used Nutella instead! Not as healthy but certainly yummy!
Steps
- 1
1 1/2 c quick oats or rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 c peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 c honey ( I only used 1/4 cup)
1/3 c whey protein powder
Handful choc chips or dried fruits (I did half choc chip, half plain)
Just stir it all together ( you'll have to like fold it over and over with a spoon to get it all mixed)
line with parchment paper a small baking dish like 8x 8 put mixture in it, smash down flat with a spoon.
put another piece of parchment paper on top of the granola and smash flatter.
Freeze the dish for about 30 min then take out and slice the way you want them.
Then put them back in the freezer until the oat mix is hard (mine took like an hr)
Wahlah!
