  2. 1/2 cuporange juice
  3. 1chunk of ginger-peeled and grated
  4. 1/2 cupvegetable broth
  5. 1 tbsphoney

    Boil water. Add vegetable broth, and letgreat to simmer. Add o.j, ginger & honey.a

  2. 2

    Add carrots and simmer until carrots are soft and juicy.

  3. 3

    Blend/process to desired consistency, and serve!
