Tomato,green chilli, onion ko roughly chopped kar Ke kaju, poopy seeds, green cardmon, black pepper, bay leaf,ginger and one cup water ke sath 2 se 3 whistle aane tak boil karein.

Ab jab ye cool ho jaye tab isko pees kar chaan le.

Ab aik nonstick pan mein isko transfer karein aur sabhi masale daal ke cook karein.

Now add milk.

5 minutes tak high flam par cook karein.

Ab sugar and paneer milaye.

Ab Kasoori methi hath se ragad Ke gravy mein mix karein.

Now add kesar essence.

Switch off the flam.

Serve with naan or missi roti, it's very aromat dish.
