  • 10medium sized Potatoes
  • 1 bunchcorriander
  • 2tablespoon.Tomato concase

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare your casserole dish

    Layer all potatoes and add the roux sauce

    Add corriander and Bake till golden brown for about 25 to 30 minutes
